Hi, I am Amanda Manton Owner of Braids Revolution. As a teenager growing up, I loved braiding my hair in fancy braid styles just for fun, to be a little different and stand out from the crowd. I graduated University with a Maths Degree and pursued my life as an Accountant working for Sky television in London whilst braiding and creating hairwraps for fun as a hobby.
I moved to Australia in the 1990’s pursuing my dreams and created the largest braiding business on the Gold Coast. After running this business for over 2 decades, I made the very tough decision to sell this well-established business so that I could spend more time with my family.
I miss braiding and I miss my customers and the amazing feeling that you give someone when they “just love their braids”. So, I have decided to continue my braiding career in on the Gold Coast, Byron Bay , Northern NSW , Brisbane & Sunshine Coast braiding for events, parties and taking appointments for all styles of braiding. I have also been consulting & training other braiding businesses on how to increase their profits. So feel free to contact me if you would like to add a braiding side to your Hair Salon or Shop or learn the fine art of braiding or just if you have your Son or Daughter who would like to have the coolest braids in the world. I can travel to you to braid or visit one of my pop ups or I can get you started in the braiding industry and offer ongoing training and advice.
